This business plan package is for clients who wish to update or create their own business plan.

Clients will also receive 2 x 2 hour working sessions with a dedicated business consultant via phone or web. They will guide you through the process in producing a completed basic business plan.

A basic business plan is between 4-20 pages and can include: executive summary, mission & vision, company description, products and services, operations plan, marketing plan, SWOT analysis, break-even chart, sales forecast and projected profit & loss, cashflow and balance sheet for financial planning and funding.
